Toby Marshall
Toby Marshall teaches Film Studies, and other subjects, from GCSE through to undergraduate level at Havering College of Further and Higher Education. He is an active member of ULU and a regular contributor to the Institute of Ideas’ Education Forum. He recently co-edited and contributed to A Lecturer's Guide to Further Education. When he isn’t marking essays, or watching The Wire, he writes articles and reviews books on education and the media for a variety of publications, including spiked, Culture Wars and the Journal of Further and Higher Education. He is currently writing a critical guide to pedagogy.
